Case Study: This girl presented with ankle and lower calf pain. On examination she displays typical rear foot pronation. Further investigation demonstrated ligamentous laxity and a leg length discrepancy. Anti-pronatory devices with a heel raise to the short leg were prescribed. The pain was successfully resolved and gait much improved.
